The standard adhesive suction pad that comes with the microscope is often found wanting, unable to withstand the weight of the device itself. Fortunately, the height of this solution does not require adjustment since its zoom level proves more than adequate for inspecting and soldering circuit boards featuring SMD components. If desired, you can easily scale up the vertical post by printing it with some Z scaling applied to your liking. When assembling the parts, they should fit together snugly. However, if a secure fit is not achieved, simply use M3 screws to hold everything in place securely.
