This mini racing drone can be 3D printed, CNC machined, or laser cut. Ideally, you should opt for a CNC cutting method from 4-5mm carbon fiber sheets to achieve maximum strength and durability. If budget is a concern, consider laser cutting the frame out of layered plywood, which can be obtained at a low cost. I personally chose laser cutting over acrylic because it produces a visually appealing result, but keep in mind that acrylic is not the sturdiest material due to its brittle nature.
