Simple Dust Filter Port (Using Pantyhose)

I designed a simple ventilation system to keep dust out of my CNC machine's control box. It utilizes standard pantyhose as its filter element, which can be folded multiple times to enhance filtering capacity. I discovered that folding the pantyhose twice effectively filters particles of standard sawdust size. This setup works flawlessly! This file is for a 1.125-inch diameter hole. Feel free to scale up or down depending on your project's needs (you may need to adjust the ring diameter to get it snapping into place). Installing the pantyhose filter is straightforward: simply insert the ring into the pantyhose, pull the open end through the port, and snap it into place.
