This is a basic dome-shaped diffuser for a standard LED spot with 3 LEDs and a diameter of 50 mm. It comes in both smooth and low-poly versions, the latter being slightly easier to print. Printing without supports should be possible, but adequate cooling will definitely be required to handle large internal bridges and steep overhangs. A brim may also be beneficial, although good adhesion should make it unnecessary. If the fit is too tight or loose, scale up or down by a few percent of a fraction.
