Simple Da Vinci's Cryptex

Here's how you can make a cryptex that rivals those found in famous thrillers: Take inspiration from this step-by-step guide http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Make-a-Cryptex/. Using Siemens NX 9.0, I modeled my own version of this mysterious puzzle box. With the help of a Printrbot Simple Metal, I brought it to life. **Assembly and Configuration** For this cryptex to work properly, follow these steps: Attach the outer wheel and inner wheels together using an epoxy resin so that the hole on the inner wheel is directly beneath the desired character. Place the inner wheel inside the outer wheel in a way that isn't centered. Make sure the inner wheel faces the side where pins are not needed. To assemble the slider with its base, ensure that you have four evenly placed pins long enough to go through each component of this puzzle: the slide, the central cylinder and base, but short enough so as not to make contact with the outer wheel
