25:1 Triple Cycloidal Gearbox Design A 2Kg load is applied at a distance of 0.2m with a gear ratio of 25:1, resulting in peaks of 2A @ 12V. The motor used is the Gartt ML 5010, available from gogorc. Repeat the process with the Main_Equation_leg_4b diagram. Bearings can be sourced from Plaig.com.au or Apollo Bearing Malaga. The following bearings are required: * 2 x 58x45x7 (6809RS) * 18 x 8x5x2.5 * 2 x 18x12x4 * 2 x 27x20x4 * 1 x 12x6x4 Rods can be purchased from mcjing.com.au. An eccentric CAM is attached to the motor shaft with a pin of 2dia x 18mm. A 2mm hole is drilled through the eccentric CAM to the motor shaft. Inner pins are made from silver steel rods, 6 x 3dia x 36mm in length. The motor shaft is a single piece of silver steel rod, 6dia x 70mm in length. Fasteners include: * 1 x M3x50mm bolt * 1 x M3 nut * 6 x 6mmX3 diametric magnets (magnet.com.au) * 8 x M3x8 bolts for the motor and bearing holder * 8 x M3X8 CKS bolts for the AL extrusion
