Simple COREXY printer
thingiverse
Most of the printers I've encountered were extremely complicated, boasting numerous parts that made them difficult to print and fell short of my expectations. Therefore, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own printer from scratch. Components currently in development include: Head Mount - Carefully designed to maintain belt alignment by ensuring proper orientation, while also integrating belt clamps for added stability. AB Motor Mounts - Specifically crafted to fit seamlessly onto the top corners of 2040 aluminum, with a requirement of printing two units each. XY Carriage Mount - A single component that effortlessly flips or rotates based on its position, necessitating the creation of two identical parts. Bottom Foot - Four identical components are required, one for each corner, to complete this crucial aspect of the printer's design. All components are meticulously designed to be free from support material and easy to print, ensuring a hassle-free printing experience. My homemade printer is now complete and functioning smoothly. I'm currently engaged in speed testing and optimizing its performance to achieve optimal results.
