It's about finding out if you can do something with a simple, simple cooking pot. what I want is clear: We all know we have by simmering and roasting in a saucepan with open cooking pot that means losses: flavor when roasting and stewing - even cooking irretrievably left in the air and is no longer available! on the other hand I want to know: is a simple, normal cooking pot so none of the special constructs, overpriced pots without any sense that only look better can be converted with simple means into them to a kind of pressure cooker. We all want to know if it brings something - if we almost completely close the cooking pot and reduces the cooking time if we convert the pot into one. I also want to know if you can cook such cooking pot so you make small individual portions of canned food for your own use. I have designed a lid that is able to hold on to the pot with means of two buttons that can be adjusted laterally, in essence seal the pot. secondly, I made the middle lockable by a silicone membrane, convert pressure cooker in a pressure pot.
