A hinged ridge connector and simplified top plate connector can print quickly, allowing for varied roof pitches. Up-to-date with Simplified Connectors A simple top plate connector is now available in version 3/21. Print times have dropped dramatically. Adding Mirrored Corner Connectors In response to user feedback, I've added a mirrored corner connector for the bottom corner of buildings. Four connectors to Scale for Building Models All connectors are optimized for use with 2x4s but can be easily modified to fit other dimensions. To illustrate this, a typical 8-foot 2x4 beam (measuring 1.5 inches by 3.5 inches) becomes: Real-life Dimensions: Model Dimension at Scale 7mm x 16.3mm x 448mm For easier model construction, I suggest attaching the ridge beam connector to the bottom rather than having it cut out on top.
