Simple Clamp Tool for Tolerance Test
thingiverse
I successfully ran this tolerance test using my trusty Monoprice Select Mini and managed to get 0.15mm working after an enormous effort, but the inability to move even a single step with 0.1mm drove me crazy for weeks, so I decided to create a special tool that would make it incredibly easy to push out the moving part, wondering if 0.1mm could actually pass through. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2375342 The first version of my creation broke apart - so I made significant improvements and it works remarkably better now. If you're okay with a few objects sticking together nicely, feel free to skip the rafts or brims altogether. However, if safety is your top priority, adding a brim can be helpful and easily removed afterwards. Of course, this small clamp has numerous other uses beyond its primary function. If you've discovered alternative uses for it, please leave a comment below. By the way, I printed my clamp at 90% infill with no support or raft - just pure, unadulterated printing.
