Simple Christmas Tree Ornament

Simple Christmas Tree Ornament

I'm new to using Tinkercad, this is my second attempt and making something.  The other is called 'Simple Snowman Ornament' if you are interested.I printed the trees with no brim, using Prusament Mystic Green PLA.Trunks were with a brim, using Prusament Mystic Brown PLA.The stars were with a brim, Hatchbox Silk Gold PLA.The ornaments were made with 5 different colors - a mix of PLA, and PETG for the Green and Orange.  I made the little runner to make 1st layer a bit easier.  Just trim them off as tight as you can.I made several of these, so I chose to copy the STL's a few times and slice before printing.  You'll see one picture where I am printing a lot of ornaments.A tip if you choose to make this (I hope you do!) - do to variances in the first layer, I found it easiest to place the ornaments before I put a dot of super glue.  So put them in for fit, pull them out and make sure the orientation is the same as it came out when you put it back in.  Sometime the top is different than the bottom.  Once I knew they fit well, I put a small dot of super glue and placed the ornaments back on.  You can see that in a photo.  If you have problems, you might need to sand the edge you are going to glue a tad.  They worked for me without sanding...For the star and trunk - just a bit of super glue.Note, you may want to test fit the star first and see if you are ok with the tree poking into the hanger hole - if not, trim that bit first I guess.Enjoy!
