The stand has holes to allow as much air as possible to get into and onto the gloves, allowing them to air dry. This works for me with wet gloves overnight in normal room air in the bathroom.I have made the stand rather solid so that they stand safely and also survive a fall. Unfortunately, this also increases the printing time somewhat (2h and 12min for 0.3 mm layer height).
