Simple camshaft

A basic camshaft is easily rotatable in its housing upon printing. The design is inspired by tutorials from www.makerbot.com/tutorials/openscadorganic/. I produced it at half scale, using 0.2mm layer height, hollow fill and fine detail with the extruder vent open. The previous version had issues but minkowski application to the newer version should fix that while also enhancing its strength.
