A very simple - yet effective - cable tie design I printed it using RealFlex from Real, which is an easy-to-use flexible material. Probably would work even better with TPU, but I don't have any to try with. Once printed, simply guide the tie through the two holes and it'll stay put nicely. It doesn't need rafts or supports, has no overhangs or anything that could make printing it more difficult.
