My wife detests the cabinet door handles in our bathroom so much that she begged me to replace them. I seized the opportunity to create new ones from scratch. Once I get some free time, I'll reprint these handles using wood instead of the bright orange material they're currently made of. I'm convinced it will significantly improve their appearance. These custom parts were designed without any infill and feature 1.2mm thick walls for optimal structure. Two tiny surfaces seem to float in mid-air, but they actually provide a surprisingly solid foundation for the components above them when printed with a few strategically placed layers. I utilized OnShape to design these custom handles, then refined their digital model using Microsoft 3D Builder before slicing and printing them on my Robo3D R1+ 3D printer.
