I tweaked a version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:66116 to add a sturdy foundation (plinth) and reformat the text to span several lines automatically would be awesome but I ran out of time. Printing in PLA works great, just be cautious with excessive font depth and fonts featuring thin details. Arial MT Bold boasts robust, rounded characters that print smoothly.
