A simple 1.75mm bowden extruder for a MK7 drive gear is designed to be compatible with the RepRap platform. Print Settings are configured as follows: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Rafts: Optional, but not required Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: 60% Custom Section Requirements: What you need to assemble this bowden extruder is: 1x Body, pre-printed and ready for assembly 1x Tensioner, pre-printed and ready for assembly 1x MK7 Drive Gear, already installed on the printer 1x 623zz Bearing, included with the kit 1x PC4-M6 push-fit bowden connector, used to connect the extruder to the printer 4x 20mm M3 Screws, used to secure the body and tensioner in place 1x 30mm M3 Screw, used to secure the bearing in its housing 1x 12mm x 3mm Pin, used as a guide for the bowden connector 1x M3 Nut, used to secure the screws in place 1x M6 Nut, not required but recommended for added security 1x M3 Washer, used to prevent the nut from coming loose over time 1x M3 Screw, 15mm long, used to secure the tensioner in its housing
