With limited time remaining, we completed the 3G load case for the S355 frame in the x-direction. The design includes just four interfaces with the metro, featuring straightforward connections that don't require a wrench or only one wrench. There is no need for machining, and all beams and plates are laser cut and bent (excluding standard beams). The finished product weighs 165kg and is cost-effective. Tests applied 3G in the Z direction and 1G along the train's longitudinal axis.
