The model requires supports to print the overhangs that keep the badge secure. Sept 2, 2018 - Initial upload of PVA and Durable models available for download Sept 25, 2018 - Two-part model added for dual color printing capabilities badge_PVA.stl This model features a long, smooth overhang that is best printed with PVA support material but can also be done with PLA if you're willing to sand and finish afterwards. badge_durable.stl This model contains multiple short overhangs requiring minimal PLA support. I recommend using high-density support with increased horizontal expansion for solid support blocks that easily snap away without damaging the bottom layer. badge_twopart_top.stl, badge_twopart_bottom.stl The durable model split into two parts for printing with two different colors. The additional extrusion along the edge ensures the two halves will tightly stick together.
