Simple Animals 15: Kung Fu Panda Po, a big, goofy panda, lives in the Valley of Peace. He spends his days eating noodles and practicing kung fu moves in front of his mirror. Po's parents were pandas who wanted him to be a great warrior like his father, but Po's passion lies elsewhere - he wants to be a master chef. One day, Mr. Ping, Po's adoptive father, receives an invitation from the Jade Palace, the legendary kung fu academy. The palace is looking for a new dragon warrior, and Mr. Ping hopes Po will be chosen. However, Po's laziness gets in the way, and he misses the audition. That same day, Master Oogway, the wise old tortoise who runs the Jade Palace, announces that the Furious Five, a group of skilled kung fu fighters, will leave for China to capture the infamous Snow Leopard, Tai Lung. The Furious Five consists of Tigress, Monkey, Viper, Crane, and Mantis. Po's dreams come true when he is unexpectedly chosen by Master Shifu, the palace's kung fu master, to be the Dragon Warrior, a legendary warrior who will defeat Tai Lung and save China. Po must learn kung fu quickly to prepare for the challenge ahead. The Furious Five are initially hesitant to accept Po as their team member due to his lack of skills. However, they eventually warm up to him when they see how determined he is. Po's innocence and good-hearted nature make him a valuable asset to the team. Po learns kung fu from Master Shifu and becomes more confident with each passing day. He also learns that being a true warrior means more than just fighting skills - it's about being kind, honest, and brave. Meanwhile, Tai Lung escapes from prison and begins his journey to the Valley of Peace. The Furious Five and Po prepare for battle, but they are no match for Tai Lung's superior kung fu skills. In a final showdown, Po faces off against Tai Lung in an epic battle. Po uses all he has learned from Master Shifu and unleashes his inner power to defeat Tai Lung.
