This DiamondAge PLA print on an Ultimaker showcases a fully assembled design without screws, secured through pins. Two pin options are available: spring pins and star pins. Photos demonstrate proper printing techniques for the hub and hooks, with vertical printing of pins and brims. The hub's size limits required X-Y plane rotation on the Ultimaker, and pin holes measure 6.0mm while pins are 6.1mm. Hand fitting is recommended, or a gentle tap with a small hammer for stubborn star pins.
