Simple and fast reel holder for Ender 3

Simple and fast reel holder for Ender 3

The Ender 3 V2 is a great printer, but the spool holder is not very convenient. The spool hangs and dangles, which can lead to uneven force on the extruder motor, which can lead to printing defects. Buying a special holder is either expensive or time consuming. Placing the spool on top of the frame appeals to me and I didn't want another. Homemade options with bearings (both metal and printed) seemed labor intensive to me. So came up with my own option - print and use. One detail, endorsements are optional. The serrations inside ensure sliding. I used PETG so the glide is more than enough. Outer diameter 52 mm, fits most standard reels. To put it on you should make a small trapezoidal cut on the edge of the original holder, look at the pictures. A slight bevel should be made on one side for easier insertion. This is all done with a knife easily. The first insertion may be a little tight)) don't let that scare you, just develop it a little. To put it on, you need to insert the original holder inside according to the groove, push all the way in, then crank until the groove matches the next tooth. And so on to the end. After this, the spool spins easily and evenly. I wanted to add a limiting washer at the open end, but practice proved that it was not really needed. Printing settings are standard. P.S. Thank you to everyone who buys my models and puts likes, for supporting me.
