Simple Airsoft Suppressor

This is a straightforward airsoft mock suppressor I designed specifically for a 14mm CCW threaded barrel. I deliberately gave it a 35mm outer diameter so that it would fit snugly inside the rail I'm using. The total length comes in at 130mm. I also came up with a baffle (though I'm not entirely sure if it makes any difference). This design is intended to be used with five baffles. Update 4/29: The first print was largely successful! The 14mm CCW thread fits perfectly on the barrel, and the baffles slide in smoothly. However, I struggled mightily to get the cap threads to engage. I've revised the cap threads by reducing the thread diameter by 0.2mm and adding a small fillet to the thread. I'm currently printing that revised cap. Update #2 4/29: I was able to get the threads to engage after revising the end cap, but they were still too tight for continued threading. I've reduced the thread diameter another 0.1mm. I'm printing out that cap as we speak. Update #3 4/29: After my third rendition of the cap, I was able to thread it all the way into the body with considerable effort. I also discovered that I left too much space inside the body for the baffles length-wise. I've revised the internal threads by increasing the minor diameter by 0.2mm. I've also increased the overall length of the plug by 2.0mm. I needed a second one anyway, so I'm currently printing out another full set with these newest revisions. Update #4 4/30: Mission accomplished! The latest print came out beautifully, and I was able to assemble it without any tools whatsoever. I've found that the tops of the baffles need to be sanded down slightly to remove any surface variations, so that the cap closes flush. If you'd like to see any changes, please leave a comment. FYI, it doesn't suppress the airsoft gun at all. Not functional, but it looks really cool.
