I made some modifications to a similar model on Thingiverse, located at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34651. Correcting the original design was my top priority. To achieve this, I performed several key adjustments: I increased the diameter of the holes to 2mm for a slightly different overall look and feel. Furthermore, I reworked the topology of the entire model, striving for precision and accuracy throughout its various components. Additionally, I thoroughly went through each aspect of the model in Sketchup to identify and delete any unnecessary hidden faces that could be a problem during the printing process. Finally, to address potential sharp angles and smooth out areas where this was necessary, I carefully applied fillets at strategically important points on the design.
