Simple 60mm fan bracket for RAMPS

A minimalist 60mm fan cooling solution for RAMPS is available, enabling simple fan removal for stepper driver tuning. This fan type is equal in width to RAMPS and less noisy for the same airflow as 40mm equivalents. The v2 version (pictured in gray) is slightly taller, providing 27mm clearance to the PCB, allowing it to sit on top of thermal fuses too. Required additional parts include a 60x60mm fan, four M3 16mm or 20mm socket head screws (depending on the fan), and four M3 nuts. Be cautious when handling the RAMPS reset button. The design works well with 0.33mm PLA filament and 100% infill, but settings aren't critical for printing. The legs are intended to be slightly flexible, allowing them to slide across. Note that the design is symmetrical, so it may not fit tightly everywhere due to solder blobs or terminals in the way; however, it still provides excellent fan holding and vibration control.
