Born in Bristol, England, UK in 1967, Simon graduated from Falmouth School of Art with a Fine Art Degree in 1989.\nAfter relocating to London, he initially honed his skills as a technician at Waddington Galleries, before training as a gilder at Stewart Heslop Frames where he rose through the ranks to become Studio Manager.\nFollowing his return to Cornwall in 1994, Simon dedicated himself to developing his unique artistic vision and created innovative gilded wall sculptures. He now operates a thriving full-time studio on the edge of the beautiful Cornish moorland near St.Ives.
