Sim Shifter Cover

Simple cover for Noctiluxx's shifter, I designed this myself since I couldn't find one available. My design is based on my own setup, which uses 8mm cap screws to hold the body together and 8mm button head screws for the pivot. I took note of using JamieG's reinforced upper frame and zhxf's 6 speed lower frame with spacers, though I didn't verify if this alters the original measurements. So far, it fits snugly without needing any additional fasteners. This design is optimized for a .6 nozzle, making it 2 walls thick. If you have a .4 nozzle, you should set it to single extrusion fill (S3D setting) instead.
