Sim Racing Quick Release - 70mm
thingiverse
Based off an idea by amstudios YouTube channel. Allows for easy installation and removal of a wheel/rim. I printed this out of PLA with these settings: 0.2mm layer height, 2.0mm walls (or 5 wall layers), 1.0mm top/bottom (5 layers), and 75% infill. No rafts or supports are needed as long as you position it correctly in Cura. Designed to work with M5 bolts and nuts. Here is the exact quick release clamp I used - be sure to order the 34.9mm clamp (it's not always clear which one you're buying): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07224BL86/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Here is the metric hardware I used for these builds: Various Metric bolt/nuts (the case they come in isn't great, but the hardware is good for indoor use) - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07333MLQN/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The quick release has an up arrow on both pieces to help with initial installation and also when swapping wheels/rims - install so the arrow faces up towards the ceiling while the wheel is in neutral/middle position. This should bolt up to any Thrustmaster adapter which has a 70mm bolt pattern (I installed it on the Thrustmaster mount included with Fox_85's Maclaren wheel, but also fits on RamjetX's adapters).
