This is a straightforward installation for a G29 / G290 wheel that showcases the current gear along with the revs. The base fits neatly into the simulated vent slots on the G29/G290 behind the wheel, and with a swift application of hot glue, everything falls perfectly into place! It leverages SimHub to drive the displays via an Arduino, and I highly recommend checking out the outstanding documentation available on the Racedepartment website or GitHub. I'm utilizing a MAX7219 LED matrix to display the current gear and 16 strip WS2811 addressable LEDs for the RPM display.
