Simple yet effective working shifters are a must. However, some adjustments are needed to ensure smooth operation. Specifically, the side of the arms require grinding down slightly, as I initially made them overly tight, resulting in minimal play between them. To correct this and achieve optimal results, use 10x3 mm neodium magnets or 8mm springs - both methods have yielded positive outcomes for me.
