DS380B has issue with lack of air circulation, so to fix this im working on a mod that will turn the bottom caddy in to a plug in play fan that will draw air in from the front and blow it upwards past all the hard drives, since the case is pretty much a box with slots in it to put drives in it... this is just this is just the first step mocking up the original caddy itself...thought ill upload it incase someone might need a new one...
