<p>Well this isn't really a direct replacement, I put in a 6x AA battery holder and a small DC/DC step-down converter set to 4,5V.</p><p> </p><p>For printing you need to support only the small 2 clips and after printing you have to use a dremel or a similar tool to cut away the excess material from bottom side of the clip. Trial and error I guess :)</p><p>There are also 2 sacrificial layers - for easier printing of 2 screw holes - 2 on bottom and 2 on top side of both holes. Just use a small drill or a dremel to cut it away.</p><p> </p><p>I printed it from PETG, standard Prusament setting, 20% infill and 0,3mm layer height.</p>
