Hi, in my 3-years old all-purpose slicer the gear was damaged so I designed a replacement gear. In the first try I used pla for testing if it fits. The bigger gear was broken after 2 weeks but the rest worked fine. So maybe the best solution would be nylon but I don´t have at the moment.
