My SILVERCREST Allesschneider SAS 120 C1 began to stuck when I tried slicing bread. Therefore, I decided to disassemble the whole thing and the source of the stuck knife was a bit hidden. Two of the teeth of the big gear which is located directly behind the blade were half broken. From the frontside I was not able to see the damage. From the bag you have a small window were the the smaller gears sits. Here you can rotated the big gear with a screwdriver to check all the teeth. The gear sits very tight on an 608z ball bearing. You need quiet a lot of force to loosen the gear from the ball bearing. I was able to do it with two big screwdrivers. I recreated the gear in Fusion 360 and printed it in ABS with support. For printing orientation look at my pictures. The slotted holes faced up for the print, that you only have one height supports to remove. This way you can sand the side very well, after removing the supports. In my first version, the slotted wholes were a bit to small and not far enough out, so I cut them with a cutter knife a bit in shape. Worked very well for me and I used this gear in my repair. To make you a the life a bit easier I changed the slotted holes in version 2, so they should fit at the first place without reshaping them with a knife. But I dont printed it, because I already reasambled the thing with my first print. The whole in the middle where the ball bearing sits is quite tight, maybe you need to sand it a bit wider. Don’t forget to grease the new gear for a longer lifespan. Also be careful with the last screw which holds the knife in place. I broke it at the reasambling.
