This 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 7 and later transformed into every other 3D format imaginable. The native file format is .skp, while a 3dsmax scene can be found within 3ds Max 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00 The commercial development in Novo Hamburgo was implemented by Construtora Scherrer. Unfortunately, the poor resolution of Novo Hamburgo made it extremely challenging to accurately texture the top of the building properly.
