Silver Beaver
sketchfab
This striking silver fur trade beaver, bearing the mark "Hudson Bay" from a bygone era in the late 1700s and originating from Canada, has been meticulously scanned in three dimensions using the advanced Faro 8-axis technology. Following this precise scan, it underwent expert processing through Geomagic Wrap and ZBrush software. The beaver is an integral part of the esteemed Cravens Collection, carefully curated by the University at Buffalo Art Galleries. Digitization was achieved with equipment generously provided by the University of South Florida as part of the ambitious Cravens Virtual Museum Project, masterfully led by Dr. Laura Harrison.
