Silvanus
thingiverse
Silvanus, born in 2nd century Italy, stands proudly on display in the Musée du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, Belgium. This magnificent marble sculpture was crafted with precision using ReMake and ReCap Pro software from AutoDesk. As the god of woodlands and fertility, Silvanus is depicted with a classical Greek flair, echoing the iconic Doryphore statue by Polyclète. The Roman sculptor's masterful touch adds a tunic, goatskin cloak, and an armload of fruit to this timeless masterpiece. Originally, Silvanus wore a beard and grasped a serpette in his right hand, while a loyal dog sat faithfully at his feet.
