Silo Tank Staircase

A staircase and platform leading to a circular handrail section on top of a silo tank which was modelled from an architect's drawing. One of my most significant models to date, there were many problems I came across while creating this in SolidWorks. One thing to remember when you have two steel plates that require bolting together is to have slotted holes on one. I missed out on slots in some areas and that made assembly on-site very difficult.The modelling of this was tricky but overall the fabrication drawings proved more difficult.
