Silly string booby trap
thingiverse
Create a silly string booby trap with a 10-inch range using a can of silly string, a hobby servo, arduino, distance sensor, and hex head bolt. Assemble the plunger, cap, and servo adapter onto the can. Adjust the plunger position for optimal spraying. Secure the servo to the base with four screws. Hot-glue the distance sensor and connect it to +5V, GND, and analog pin 0 of the arduino. Wire the servo to 5V, GND, and digital pin 9. Upload silly_string.pde onto the arduino. Test the booby trap by waving your hand in front of the sensor, which activates the servo and sprays silly string. Visit pocketfactory.org for development stories and upcoming kits.
