Silly Little Turkey model - Stub Nosed

This is davebob3's Silly Little Turkey model, and he deserves our gratitude for sharing the OpenSCAD files with all of us so we can modify them freely! This turkey has had its nose repointed to minimize eye poking. It's also been re-rendered. For some reason, the original STL was causing Slic3r to crash without slicing the faces. That issue is now resolved through a simple OpenSCAD re-export. The modified short-nosed turkey OpenSCAD file is included for your convenience.
