The design allows for easy interchangeability of platens; it is compatible with a Silver press available at http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/screen-printing-press. To assemble, print separate plates for each platen and the press itself. Secure the plates to their respective parts using three machine screws on each platen plate, followed by bolting another plate onto the press. Fasten with wing-nuts from the other side. This setup enables quick removal of a platen and replacement with a different one by simply unscrewing the wing-nuts.
