This project lets you swap out silicone rubber fuel tubing for springs. The tube I'm using is made for chain saws and measures about 1/4 inch in diameter. You'll need four identical tube lengths, each roughly the same length as your stock springs, some M3 heat set inserts, and the original M3 mounting hardware and bed retention fingers. Depending on the final length of your tubing, you might also need slightly longer M3 bolts. Instructions: Print from ABS (PLA will melt in this case), then take out the integrated support inner tube from the bottom of the mount. Insert the silicon tube into the mount, and attach it to the bed as usual. When tightening the silicon tube, it tends to expand in diameter. I've seen corners go all the way down to the aluminum without splitting the mount, but you may want to check the gap when installing, depending on your tube density. The mounts have the tube inside them, making them theoretically slightly shorter bed profile overall. You might need to adjust your nozzle closer to the bed as a result. Note: This corner is designed to work with a 12" x 12" x 3/16" aluminum plate. It will be slightly loose on a stock 300mm x 300mm glass bed, so you can use spacers if needed.
