Silicone Sock for Geeetech A10
thingiverse
This silicone sock is specifically designed to fit on a Geeetech hotend measuring 23 x 20 x 9.5 mm. It's actually a Remix of the excellent CNC-Kitchen Version, but I made some key changes to make it work with the A10 Hotend. One major modification was replacing those tiny plastic pins that are notoriously prone to breaking with screws. By using just two screws to hold the inner part in place, I was able to reduce the number of holes in the silicone sock, which should provide better insulation. To get started, you'll want to check out the very informative Video from CNC-Kitchen on Thingiverse (3742037). It's a great resource that will help you understand how everything works together. Here are the additional parts you'll need: * 2 Bolts M3 x 40 * 1 Bolt M3 x 30 * 1 Bolt M3 x 12 * 2 Bolts M2 x 12 * 3 Nuts M3 * Washers
