Silicone Sock for E3D v5 - 3KU Delta Printers
thingiverse
This is a mold for making silicone sock insulators designed to fit OEM E3D v5 J-Head heater blocks. You will need high-temperature silicone, either a two-part mixture or an RTV single part, to work effectively with this mold. I used this particular type [https://goo.gl/ud9dpR]. Other necessary supplies include latex gloves, a disposable bowl or dish, dish soap, and 2x M3 12mm screws. An optional but very helpful tool is the 1½" Ratcheting C-Clamp [https://www.amazon.com/IRWIN-QUICK-GRIP-Handi-Clamp-4-59400CD/dp/B00005RHP0/].
