Silicone Rubber Roller Maker

I'm sharing this resource because it might prove useful for others working on similar projects, although its practicality remains uncertain at this point. For my specific project, I required multiple rubber rollers with varying sizes and dimensions. To meet these needs, I created a design that can be printed in two parts: the core and the mould. After printing each component separately, they need to be assembled before pouring liquid rubber into the mould. In my case, I used silicone, which was then allowed to cure. Once the rubber had hardened, I removed the plastic piece using wire cutters. To facilitate customization, I've included a SolidWorks file that allows users to modify various parameters and create their own sizes. The dimensions of the design, including the central groove, are fully parametric, enabling adjustments to be made with ease.
