The mold is designed to cast paddings out of silicone or other soft, disinfectable materials with ease. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to cut off the flashing before taking this photo. The AD_PRT is a parametric design file in Alibre Design format that serves as the original blueprint for the project. To make it adaptable to various headbands, I assigned specific names to each parameter, allowing for seamless dimension adjustments. Since the Prusa Faceshield RC2 has undergone revisions, with the holes removed in the latest RC3 design, I chose not to utilize them in this mold design.
