Here is a mold to create silicone dampers for your heatbed instead of springs. I made use of two-part duplicate silicone that's safe up to 200°C, and it came out of the mold very easily. There are two versions. One has printed pillars for the holes, while the other has holes to hold M4 screws in place. It took twenty grams of silicone to make this mold, so be sure to use at least a quarter-pound to be safe.
