Silicone Damper

Silicone Damper

thingiverse

I made some silicone dampers for my CoreXY designs and more. They work well across a wide range, from 7 to 30 mm, making them suitable for many heatbeds. You don't need any supports or rafting with this design. After printing, screw the pieces together using M3 x 20 or M3 x 25 screws and fill the space with silicone - that's it. Print Settings: Printer: P3Steel Toolson Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 20% Notes: You should print these at 0.1 or 0.05 resolution to achieve a smooth surface on your silicone dampers.
