Hello, this is a mold designed for creating silicone covers for the Elegoo Mars Resin tanks. Why create this cover and not simply use a plastic hood? My considerations/reasons: I primarily print only one grade/color of resin, but sometimes I also want to print with another material. With only one tub, it means: 2x clean. Remove old resin, clean, fill in new resin, print, remove new resin, clean. Refill old resin. With a second tub (which I now have), the entire process is significantly less work (only clean once). However, like storing the well-filled tub safely. My goals: 1. The cover should be largely airtight so that the resin cannot absorb moisture from the air if possible. 2. It should prevent the leakage of Resin vapors as far as possible. 3. In case of clumsy moving of the resin tub, spillage or leakage of the resin should be prevented or limited as far as possible. 4. I would like to see the contents of the Resin tub and when handling the liquid can see whether it sloshes too much. What is not possible with this: It cannot be 100% tight.
