Silicon mold for OpenRC F1 Tires
thingiverse
If you're unable to print with TPU or flexible filament, consider casting a silicone/oogoo tire instead. Here's how: First, print the mold. Next, apply kitchen oil as a lubricant. Then, fill the two halves of the mold with silicone or create Oogoo Magic Putty (check out this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fwytA5r2Mw). Use a vise to hold the mold together for at least two hours if using Oogoo, or one day if using silicone. After that, open the mold and remove any imperfections. This tire is designed to fit standard rims on an OpenRc F1 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1193309). However, it hasn't been tested for compatibility with F105 rims yet.
